Entering the GIG economy

Friesland College is partner in this KA2 project together with Meath County Council and regional partner WIN Consultants (Ireland), Learning Hub Friesland (Netherlands), the Municipality of Vedra and ngo AGACA (Spain) and the Municipality of Capannori and training agency Formetica(Italy). All partners have the ambition to prepare youth and the society for the new realities of the so-called GIG Economy. 

When diving deeper into the Gig economy, the question arises:
Is the Gig economy a liberating new form of self-employment or a new form of exploitation?
