Millennium Development Goals
Friesland College has endorsed the United Nations “Millennium Development Goals", which  include eradicating extreme poverty, reducing child mortality rates, fighting disease epidemics such as AIDS, and developing a global partnership for development.

Projects abroad. International work placements. Friesland College is making its contribution with its projects, for example, Gondar on the Move in Ethiopia, where students from various courses are helping to improve the standard of vocational training, helping to create jobs and to start businesses.

In short, there are many opportunities for students to follow work placements abroad while studying at Friesland College
