Fast track Hospitality Manager/Entrepreneur
Have you already gained experience in the hospitality industry and want to still get your degree? Or do you want to work in the catering industry but do not have the right senior secondary vocational (MBO) diploma? You can follow a specially tailored accelerated training course with the Hotel and Business School Friesland. The Fast Track course lasts two years, and is given in English. Having completed the elementary component of the course, you can choose to specialize as a Hospitality Manager/Entrepreneur or to follow the Hospitality Leadership course
Would you like to be ready to enter a management position in the catering industry within two years? This is possible with the English Fast Track Course Hospitality Manager/Entrepreneur. As a manager or entrepreneur in the hospitality industry you are directly involved in the success of the restaurant, hotel or pub where you work. You work for and with people while having one thing in mind: the guests are your priority. Service, friendliness, good food and drink and top notch accommodation: you and your team can guarantee this!
You can start your own business with the Hospitality Manager/Entrepreneur diploma. Depending on the size of the company and the number of companies or businesses, you are essentially involved in operational management and procedures. If you work in a large hospitality or catering business you can also manage one of the branches. You will determine the policy and ensure that it is properly implemented and runs smoothly. You will make sure that all legal rules and regulations with regard to the company are respected. You will focus on the main business goals of the company, making a profit for the company and ensuring continuity in the running of the company.

Type of course: College/ work placement (students spend between 20 and 60 percent of their time in the classroom.)
